Refund policy

To initiate a product return or exchange, customers are kindly requested to reach out to us at info@petasus.co.uk, indicating the order number and providing the reason for the return/exchange. Upon contacting us, customers will receive the appropriate return address. 

For a successful refund of the full purchase price, the returned product must be in good and resaleable condition. The responsibility for the return postage cost lies with the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product, contingent upon the product being returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

In the event that a customer receives a damaged product, prompt notification to PETASUS within 7 days of receipt is imperative. We will make every effort to promptly replace the damaged product or, if preferred, provide a full refund of the total cost, excluding any postage fees.

In the event of an exchange, any changes in price or additional delivery charges will be promptly communicated to the customer for their acknowledgment and authorization.

It is crucial to note that PETASUS assumes no responsibility for the cost or safe return of products. Refunds will not be issued for products that fail to reach the correct delivery address during the return process. To mitigate such risks, we strongly recommend customers use secure return methods, such as Recorded or Special Delivery, and obtain the appropriate postal insurance covering the product's value.
