Do you ship abroad and how much does this cost?

Additional charges apply to all destinations outside the UK mainland, and this surcharge will be reflected in the checkout process for your specific location. If you find any discrepancies or if the surcharge appears excessive, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We will gladly verify and confirm the accurate delivery cost to your specific location.

What is the cost of shipping within the UK mainland? How much time will it take to deliver?

Complimentary delivery is provided for all items within the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Ireland, and the Isle of Man). However, a surcharge is applicable for delivery to locations outside the UK mainland.

Our standard delivery time frame is 1 to 3 working days from the date of payment processing.

Can the beds be washed?

The majority of our beds are machine washable. Please consult the product details for specific washing instructions.

Do our prices include customs duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. PETASUS cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
